Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Time

• 2–4 working days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. postal delays or strikes).

Delivery Responsibility

Your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delays or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at enquiries.ga@gmail.com.

We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us:

• You may be required to pay additional postage costs for re-delivery
