Returns

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer law.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if the item shows signs of excessive handling.

Return Costs

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

How to Return an Item

To start a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days at enquiries.ga@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address
  4. Package the item securely and send it back

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days
  • Standard delivery charges will be refunded (if the full order is returned)
  • Any upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries.ga@gmail.com including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Show clear signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
  • Are returned outside the eligible return period

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
