Shipping & Delivery

Delivery method: Standard UK delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can return your planner within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at enquiries.ga@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
